I made arrangements with the Perfect Stitch to repair my sectional. They are one hour away from where I live and they were wonderful in communicating by text and phone, providing a bid to replace the foam in my chairs . After I took the chairs in to be repaired they called me to tell me that the foam was fine and all it needed was new supporting material underneath the foam . This resulted in a $200 lower cost . They could have fixed what I thought was the problem and made more money but they were ethical , making me a customer for life . I have already told all my friends about them . I am very happy with the repair as well as their great customer service
